Antarctic Adventure - Day 3

After spending a night in the Caeser Park Hotel in Buenos Aires, we were shuttled to the domestic airport for our flight to the city of Ushuaia at the southern tip of Argentina.

Flying out of Buenos Aires which has a population of nearly 3 million.

Since photography was a major consideration for this trip and we had fairly restrictive carry-on limits, this was most of the photography gear I selected for this trip.

After landing at Ushuaia, we boarded buses for a trip through Tierra Del Fuego National Park where we boarded an excursion catamaran for a scenic tour along the Beagle Channel back to the harbor at Ushuaia and embarkation on the ship National Geographic Explorer.

Along the Beagle Channel we spotted lots of wildlife.
