On Saturday 4/19 we took another drive up Figueroa Mountain Road to
check the current state of the wildflowers. We saw a typical
progression of what was blooming and noticed lots more
Blue Dicks, Mariposa Lilies, Globe Gilia and Chia. It did seem that
things would be drying out quickly this year, but a chance of rain this
coming Saturday may extend things a little.
Grass Mountain was still green with a little color from poppies.
