Kenai Fjords - Glaciers

Since the weather forecast was promising a nice sunny day, we booked one of the boat tours to view some of the glaciers within Kenai Fjords National Park.

Bear Glacier, which is no longer a tidewater glacier

Holgate Glacier
(for scale, find both boats in the picture!)

These glacier seracs can be as tall as multi-story buildings.

Nearby hanging glaciers

All of the glaciers in Kenai Fjords National Park are fed by the massive Harding Ice Field.
