While we are still under the first year warranty period, we wanted to stop at the Tiffin Service Center in Red Bay, Alabama, to have a few things fixed or adjusted. The Tiffin Service Center is a separate facility from the main manufacturing facilities and has a "campground" of full hook-up sites which are free to people having warranty service work performed. For most repair work, you drive your coach to one of the bays early in the morning (6:30-7:00 am) and return to your site at the end of the work day (around 3:00 pm). Most of the bays perform a wide variety of service work. A few bays have more specialized uses (mechanics, woodwork, painting, etc.). Though the service center has gone to a mostly first-come, first-served model, first year warranty coaches get priority.
